About this exercise

A dynamic plyometric cardio exercise that combines a torso twist, alternating knee raise, and lateral side step into one fluid movement. It challenges coordination, agility, and cardiovascular endurance while engaging the core and lower body.

How to Perform

  • Stand upright with feet hip-width apart and arms relaxed at your sides
  • Step one foot out to the side while simultaneously driving the opposite knee up toward your chest
  • Twist your torso toward the raised knee, bringing the opposite elbow to meet it
  • Return to the starting position and immediately repeat on the other side
  • Continue alternating sides in a smooth, rhythmic pattern for the desired repetitions
