Turn side step 4-corner touches is an agility drill that combines rotational footwork with lateral movement and ground touches at four corners. It develops coordination, change-of-direction speed, and lower-body endurance in a compact space.

How to Perform

  • Set up four markers on the floor in a square or diamond pattern
  • Begin at the center or one corner in a low athletic stance, knees bent and weight forward
  • Step or shuffle to the first corner and touch the marker with your hand
  • Push off and turn, side-stepping to the next corner to touch it
  • Continue rotating and touching each of the four corners in sequence
  • Keep your hips low and your core braced throughout to maintain agility
  • After completing all four touches, return to the start and repeat for the target reps or time
