How to Perform

  • Lie flat on your back with both legs extended straight on the floor
  • Extend both arms overhead or place them loosely at your sides
  • Contract your abs and sit up, reaching one hand across toward the opposite foot
  • Keep both legs flat on the ground throughout the movement
  • Lower yourself back down slowly and with control
  • Alternate the reaching arm with each repetition
