About this exercise

A standing chest and shoulder activation exercise where both arms are stacked on top of each other in front of the body and lifted upward together, engaging the pectoral and anterior deltoid muscles through a simple range of motion.

How to Perform

  • Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Extend both arms straight out in front of you at chest height, one arm resting on top of the other
  • Lift both stacked arms upward as high as comfortable, keeping them close together
  • Hold briefly at the top position
  • Lower them back to chest height in a controlled manner
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
