How to Perform

  • Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides
  • Begin marching in place by lifting your right knee to hip height
  • Simultaneously swing your right arm backward in a shoulder extension movement
  • Lower your right leg and arm, then lift your left knee while swinging your left arm back
  • Continue alternating sides in a steady, rhythmic march
  • Keep your core engaged and your back straight throughout
  • Breathe continuously and maintain an upright posture
