How to Perform

  • Stand inside the machine with the pads against the outside of your upper arms
  • Grip the handles and keep your torso upright
  • Raise your arms out to the sides until they reach shoulder height
  • Pause briefly at the top of the movement
  • Lower your arms slowly back to the starting position
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
