About this exercise

A full-body cardio exercise that combines the lateral foot jump of a jumping jack with large circular arm movements mimicking an air bike pedal motion. It rapidly elevates heart rate while engaging the legs, glutes, and shoulders simultaneously.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet together and arms at your sides
  • Jump your feet out to shoulder width while simultaneously sweeping both arms forward and upward in a wide circular arc
  • Return your feet together while completing the arm circle downward and back to the starting position
  • Continue alternating the motion at a brisk, rhythmic pace
  • Keep your core braced and land softly with each jump
