A rotational core exercise performed in a partial squat stance, where you twist your torso from side to side to engage the obliques and core while the legs maintain a stable base. It is effective for improving rotational mobility and warming up the spine.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width and lower into a slight squat
  • Extend your arms forward at shoulder height or clasp your hands together
  • Rotate your torso to the left as far as comfortable, keeping your hips square
  • Return to center and then rotate to the right side
  • Continue alternating sides in a smooth, controlled rhythm
  • Keep your knees bent and hips stable throughout the movement
  • Breathe steadily, exhaling on each rotation
