About this exercise

A bodyweight hamstring and glute exercise that combines a hip bridge with a sliding leg curl on a smooth floor. Heels placed on a towel slide inward as you curl your legs while bridging your hips upward, creating intense tension on the hamstrings throughout the movement.

How to Perform

  • Lie on your back on a smooth floor and place both heels on a folded towel
  • Extend your legs fully and place your arms flat at your sides for stability
  • Drive your hips up into a bridge position by pressing through your heels
  • Keeping your hips elevated, curl your heels toward your glutes, sliding the towel across the floor
  • Pause when your knees are fully bent and your hips are at maximum height
  • Slowly slide your feet back out to the starting position while maintaining the bridge
  • Lower your hips to the floor to complete one rep
