How to Perform

  • Sit upright on the edge of a padded stool with feet flat on the floor and hands at shoulder level
  • Press both arms overhead until fully extended (shoulder press)
  • Lower the arms and simultaneously hinge forward from the hips to reach toward your toes
  • Touch or reach as close to your feet as flexibility allows
  • Return to an upright seated position with hands back at shoulder level
  • Repeat the press and toe touch as one continuous sequence
