How to Perform

  • Sit upright on a padded stool with feet flat on the floor and core engaged
  • Raise both hands into a guard position in front of your face, fists loosely closed
  • Punch forward with your right fist, rotating the torso slightly to the right
  • Return the right hand and immediately punch forward with the left fist, rotating slightly left
  • Continue alternating punches at a brisk, controlled pace
  • Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid hunching forward
  • Breathe rhythmically, exhaling on each punch
