How to Perform

  • Lean back slightly to activate your core and lift your feet off the floor
  • Bring both knees in toward your chest in a tucked position
  • Extend both legs out in front of you, keeping them elevated off the floor
  • Return your knees to the tucked position to complete one rep
  • Keep your lower back from arching excessively throughout the set
