EasyAbsObliques

About this exercise

A seated floor core exercise where you draw both knees diagonally across the body to target the obliques and lower abs. The diagonal movement pattern adds a rotational challenge that goes beyond a standard knee raise and builds lateral core strength.

How to Perform

  • Sit on the floor with legs extended and hands placed beside your hips for support
  • Lean back slightly and lift your feet a few inches off the floor to engage your core
  • Draw both knees diagonally toward your right shoulder, contracting the obliques on that side
  • Extend your legs back to the starting position with control
  • Draw both knees diagonally toward your left shoulder
  • Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps
