How to Perform

  • Lie flat on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and arms extended overhead
  • Perform a full sit-up by curling up to a seated position
  • Plant your hands on the floor and jump your feet back into a high plank position
  • Immediately hop both knees toward your chest in a mountain climber motion
  • Jump your feet forward back to the seated position and lower back down with control
  • Repeat the sequence fluidly, maintaining core tension throughout
