About this exercise

The Single Leg Glute Bridge with Knee to Chest is a bodyweight hip exercise that combines a single-leg glute bridge with a dynamic knee pull at the top. Hugging one knee to your chest while bridging on the other leg intensifies glute activation and challenges hip stability.

How to Perform

  • Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor
  • Draw one knee toward your chest and hold it with both hands
  • Press through the heel of the grounded foot to raise your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulder to knee
  • Squeeze the glute at the top and hold briefly
