About this exercise

A dynamic plyometric drill that combines a single-arm punch with a side knee raise to challenge core stability, rotational power, and hip mobility. The movement engages the obliques and core as you punch across the body while simultaneously driving the knee outward.

How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands in a guard position at chest height
  • Extend one arm forward in a punching motion while simultaneously driving the opposite knee out to the side
  • Keep your core braced and torso upright throughout the movement
  • Return the arm and leg back to the starting position with control
  • Continue for the prescribed reps on one side, then switch
