How to Perform

  • Stand with feet together and arms at your sides
  • Jump your feet out to the sides (like a jumping jack) while simultaneously throwing a punch forward with one arm
  • Jump your feet back together and bring your arm back to guard position
  • On the next rep, step or jump to the side again and punch with the opposite arm
  • Maintain a quick, rhythmic pace and keep your core engaged throughout
  • Land softly with knees slightly bent to absorb impact
  • Continue alternating sides for the desired duration
