How to Perform

  • Begin in an athletic stance with knees slightly bent and core engaged
  • Shuffle laterally to one side for two to three steps, staying low
  • Plant your lead foot and rotate your torso toward the direction of travel, engaging the obliques
  • Immediately shuffle back in the opposite direction and repeat the twist on arrival
  • Keep your hips low and your movements quick and controlled throughout
