How to Perform

  • Place a padded stool beside you and position your lower leg or hip on it for support
  • Extend into a side plank with your elbow directly beneath your shoulder, body in a straight line
  • Raise your top arm toward the ceiling, palm facing forward
  • Rotate your torso and sweep the top arm underneath your body in a threading motion
  • Return the arm back overhead to the starting position
  • Keep your hips elevated and stable throughout each rotation
  • Complete all reps on one side, then switch sides
