A seated core exercise performed on a chair where both legs swing side to side in a controlled arc, mimicking the motion of windshield wipers. It targets the obliques and lower abs while challenging hip stability and coordination.

How to Perform

  • Sit upright near the edge of a chair with your hands gripping the sides for support
  • Extend both legs straight out in front of you and slightly elevate them off the floor
  • Brace your core and slowly sweep both legs together to the right as far as comfortable
  • Return to center and sweep both legs to the left to complete one rep
  • Keep your torso as still as possible and avoid rocking your upper body
  • Continue alternating sides in a slow, controlled motion for the desired number of reps
