A floor-based core exercise that combines a seated crunch with alternating side-to-side leg raises, challenging both the rectus abdominis and the obliques. Performed without equipment, it develops abdominal strength and rotational control simultaneously.

How to Perform

  • Lean back slightly so your torso forms a V-shape with your thighs, keeping your core tight
  • Extend your legs to the right side while rotating your torso slightly to the left
  • Bring your legs back to center, then extend them to the left side while rotating your torso to the right
  • Keep your feet off the floor throughout the entire set
