How to Perform

  • Sit upright on a chair with feet flat on the floor and your back straight
  • Place your palms together in front of your upper chest with fingers angled slightly upward
  • Press your palms firmly against each other to create isometric tension
  • Drive your arms upward and forward in an incline press motion
  • Hold the contraction briefly at full extension
  • Return your hands to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions
