How to Perform

  • Sit upright on a chair with your back supported and both feet flat on the floor
  • Slowly slide one heel forward, straightening the knee as far as comfortable
  • Hold the extended position briefly, feeling a gentle stretch in the back of the thigh
  • Slide the heel back toward the chair by bending the knee to the starting position
  • Complete all reps on one side, then switch to the other leg
