How to Perform

  • Sit upright on the edge of a sturdy chair with both feet flat on the floor
  • Extend one leg until it is fully straight, toes pointing upward
  • Slowly raise the extended leg until it is parallel to the floor
  • Hold the top position for one second while keeping your back straight
  • Lower the leg with control back to the starting position
  • Complete all reps on one side, then repeat on the other leg
