How to Perform

  • Sit upright on the front edge of a sturdy chair with your feet flat on the floor and fists raised to chin height
  • Engage your core and rotate your torso to the right as you extend your left arm in a cross punch across your body
  • Return to center and rotate to the left as you extend your right arm in a cross punch
  • Continue alternating sides at a controlled, rhythmic pace
  • Generate power from the torso rotation rather than just the arms
  • Keep your shoulders relaxed and your back straight throughout the movement
