How to Perform

  • Sit upright on the edge of a chair and grip the sides for support
  • Lift both feet off the floor and extend your legs straight out in front of you
  • Cross your right leg over your left, then immediately switch and cross your left over your right
  • Continue the alternating crossover pattern in a smooth, controlled rhythm
  • Keep your core braced and your back straight throughout
  • Breathe steadily and avoid letting your torso sway with the leg movement
