How to Perform

  • Sit upright on a chair with feet flat on the floor and your back straight
  • Extend both arms out to your sides at chest height with a slight bend in the elbows
  • Swing your arms inward and cross them in front of your body
  • Squeeze your chest muscles at the crossover point
  • Return your arms to the starting position in a controlled manner
  • Alternate which arm crosses on top with each repetition
