EasyAbs

About this exercise

A seated bodyweight core exercise where you lean back slightly and alternately tuck each knee toward the chest while extending the opposite leg, keeping the abs engaged throughout. The alternating motion increases coordination demands and keeps the hip flexors and abs under continuous tension.

How to Perform

  • Sit on the floor or a mat with hands placed behind you for light support
  • Lean your torso back slightly and lift both feet a few inches off the ground
  • Tuck your right knee in toward your chest while extending the left leg out straight
  • Switch legs in a controlled manner, tucking the left knee and extending the right
  • Keep your core braced and avoid letting your lower back arch or round excessively
  • Continue alternating in a smooth, rhythmic motion for the desired number of reps
