EasyBiceps

About this exercise

A floor-based myofascial release exercise where you use a foam roller to apply sustained pressure along the biceps and surrounding arm tissues while lying face down. This technique helps release tightness in the biceps and upper-arm fascia that can restrict elbow and shoulder mobility.

How to Perform

  • Place a soft foam roller on the floor and lie face down
  • Extend one arm out to the side at roughly a 90-degree angle from your body
  • Position the foam roller under your upper arm, targeting the biceps
  • Support yourself with your free arm and keep your chest slightly off the floor
  • Slowly roll from just above the elbow crease toward the shoulder
  • Pause on any tight or tender spots and breathe until the tension eases
  • Gently rotate your arm to address the inner and outer portions of the biceps
  • Switch arms and repeat for the desired duration
