About this exercise

A myofascial release technique that uses a small ball to apply targeted pressure to the inner thigh adductor muscles, breaking up adhesions and improving tissue quality. Regular use helps reduce tightness, improve hip mobility, and support recovery.

How to Perform

  • Lie face down on the floor and place the ball under the inner thigh of one leg
  • Allow your body weight to sink onto the ball to create pressure on the adductors
  • Slowly roll the ball along the inner thigh from the groin to just above the knee
  • Pause on any tender spots and hold for 20–30 seconds until the tension releases
  • Move the ball to a new area and repeat
