How to Perform

  • Stand tall with feet together and arms at your sides
  • Step one foot back into a reverse lunge, simultaneously driving the opposite arm forward and the same-side arm back in a quick pumping motion
  • Lower your back knee toward the floor, keeping your front knee above the ankle
  • Push through the front heel to return to standing
  • Immediately step the other foot back and repeat the arm drive on the opposite side
  • Continue alternating legs at a brisk, controlled pace
