The Resistance Band Kneeling Shoulder Press is a shoulder strengthening exercise performed from a kneeling position with a resistance band anchored under the knees. Kneeling eliminates lower-body compensation, forcing the core and shoulders to work harder for stability.

How to Perform

  • Kneel on the floor with both knees hip-width apart and anchor the resistance band under your knees
  • Hold the band at shoulder height with palms facing forward
  • Brace your core and keep your torso upright
  • Press both hands overhead until your arms are fully extended
  • Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to shoulder height
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
