The Push-Up Plank Jack Burpee is a high-intensity compound exercise combining a push-up, plank jacks, and a jump, delivering a full-body conditioning challenge. It elevates heart rate while building upper body strength, core stability, and lower body power simultaneously.

How to Perform

  • Start standing with feet together
  • Drop into a plank position by placing hands on the floor and jumping feet back
  • Perform one push-up, lowering your chest to the floor and pressing back up
  • From the top of the push-up, jump your feet apart and back together (plank jack)
  • Jump your feet toward your hands and explosively jump upward, reaching arms overhead
  • Land softly and immediately repeat for the desired number of reps
