The Plank Walk Squat is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that combines a plank position walk-out with an explosive squat, challenging the core, legs, and upper body simultaneously. It builds functional strength, coordination, and muscular endurance across multiple movement patterns.

How to Perform

  • Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart
  • Hinge at the hips and place both hands on the floor in front of you
  • Walk your hands forward until you reach a high plank position
  • Hold the plank briefly, engaging your core
  • Walk your hands back toward your feet
  • Stand up and immediately lower into a full squat
  • Drive through your heels to return to standing
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps
