About this exercise

An explosive plank variation where you jump both feet simultaneously toward your chest into a tuck position and then drive them back out. The plyometric component adds cardiovascular demand and builds core power on top of the standard plank's stability benefits.

How to Perform

  • Brace your core and keep your hips level
  • Explosively jump both feet forward, tucking your knees toward your chest
