How to Perform

  • Place a folded towel under both feet on a smooth surface
  • Start in a high plank position with arms straight, hands under shoulders, and body in a straight line
  • Engage your core and keep your hips level throughout the movement
  • Slide both feet outward simultaneously as wide as comfortable
  • Slide both feet back together to the starting position
  • Maintain a neutral spine and avoid letting your hips rise or sag
  • Continue for the desired number of repetitions at a controlled pace
