HardAbsCore

About this exercise

A dynamic plank variation in which the feet hop between three positions — left, center, and right — while the upper body stays in a fixed plank. The movement challenges core stability, shoulder endurance, and full-body coordination under continuous tension.

How to Perform

  • Start in a high plank position with hands directly under your shoulders and body in a straight line
  • Brace your core and keep your hips level throughout the movement
  • Hop both feet together to the left side of your hands, landing softly on the balls of your feet
  • Hop back to the center position
  • Immediately hop both feet to the right side of your hands
  • Hop back to center to complete one full rep
  • Continue for the desired number of reps
