A dynamic bodyweight movement that combines the classic mountain climber with a cross-body kick, intensifying core rotation and hip flexor engagement. The exercise elevates heart rate while building core strength and coordination.

How to Perform

  • Start in a high plank position with hands directly under your shoulders and body in a straight line
  • Drive your right knee explosively across your body toward your left elbow
  • Return your right foot to the starting position with control
  • Drive your left knee across toward your right elbow
  • Continue alternating sides at a controlled, rhythmic pace
  • Keep your hips level and core braced throughout
