How to Perform

  • Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and weight on the balls of your feet
  • Begin shuffling quickly to one side with small, rapid lateral steps
  • As you step each foot, slightly lift the trailing knee with each shuffle stride
  • After several shuffles, change direction and shuffle back to the opposite side
  • Maintain an upright posture and keep your core lightly braced throughout
  • Continue for the desired duration, staying light and controlled on your feet
