How to Perform

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest height
  • Raise the ball overhead, then slam it forcefully into the ground in front of you
  • As the ball leaves your hands, drop into a push-up position and perform one push-up
  • Jump your feet back toward your hands and pick the ball up as you rise
