How to Perform

  • Raise the ball overhead while keeping your balance and core braced
  • Slam the ball forcefully into the ground directly in front of you
  • Catch or pick up the ball as it bounces and repeat for the desired reps
  • Switch legs and complete the same number of reps on the other side
