How to Perform

  • Stand upright with feet together and hands at chest height, elbows bent
  • Begin marching in place by lifting your right knee to hip height
  • Simultaneously press both arms forward as you lift your knee
  • Lower your right foot and retract your arms back to chest height
  • Lift your left knee to hip height while pressing your arms forward again
  • Continue alternating legs in a steady marching rhythm, keeping your core braced
  • Maintain an upright posture and land softly with each step
