How to Perform

  • Lie flat on your back with both legs raised to a 90-degree angle and arms extended alongside your body
  • Slowly lower one leg toward the floor, tapping the heel lightly without fully resting it
  • Return that leg back up to 90 degrees
  • Then lower both legs together toward the floor, tapping both heels lightly
  • Return both legs back up to 90 degrees to complete one rep
  • Keep your lower back pressed firmly into the floor throughout and breathe steadily
