About this exercise

An advanced floor ab exercise in which both legs are raised, spread apart into a triangle shape, then lowered toward the floor in a controlled drop. The movement challenges the lower abdominals and hip flexors through a wide range of motion.

How to Perform

  • Lie flat on your back with arms extended along your sides or gripping a support above your head
  • Raise both legs to vertical, keeping them straight
  • Spread your legs apart to form a wide inverted triangle shape
  • Slowly lower both legs toward the floor while maintaining the spread position
  • Stop just before your feet touch the floor, keeping your lower back pressed down
  • Bring your legs back up to vertical and close them to the starting position
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
