How to Perform

  • Lie flat on your back on the floor with your knees bent
  • Loop a towel under both thighs close to your knees and hold one end of the towel in each hand
  • Straighten your arms fully so the towel is taut, pressing your legs firmly downward against the towel
  • Curl your hands toward your shoulders against the resistance of your legs
  • Squeeze your biceps at the top of the curl
  • Lower your hands slowly back to the starting position while keeping constant tension in the towel
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps
