About this exercise

A supine neck flexor exercise where you tuck your chin toward your chest and then raise your head off the floor. It strengthens the deep cervical flexors and helps correct forward-head posture by activating the muscles that draw the skull back and down.

How to Perform

  • Gently tuck your chin toward your chest, flattening the back of your neck against the floor
  • Slowly raise your head off the floor while maintaining the chin tuck position
