How to Perform

  • Adjust the seat height so the handles align with your shoulder level when seated
  • Sit facing the machine and grasp the handles with a neutral or pronated grip
  • Lean forward slightly from the hips, keeping your back straight and chest up
  • Start with your arms extended in front of you, elbows slightly bent
  • Exhale and drive both arms out and back in a wide arc, squeezing the rear delts at the top
