The outdoor lever seated chest press is performed on a lever-based outdoor fitness machine where you push handles forward from a seated position to work the chest muscles. How to Perform

  • Sit on the outdoor chest press machine with your back firmly against the backrest
  • Grip both handles at chest level with your palms facing forward or downward
  • Exhale and push the handles forward until your arms are nearly fully extended
  • Pause briefly at the extended position
  • Inhale and slowly return the handles to the starting position under control
  • Keep your back in contact with the backrest and your feet flat on the ground throughout
  • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
