How to Perform

  • Set the seat height so the handle aligns with your upper chest
  • Load the appropriate weight plates onto the lever arm
  • Sit with your back firmly against the pad and grip the handle with one hand
  • Press the lever forward and upward until your arm is nearly fully extended
  • Slowly return the handle to the starting position under control
  • Complete all reps on one side before switching to the other arm
