How to Perform

  • Step onto the air walker machine and grip the handlebars firmly
  • Stand upright with core engaged and a slight bend in the knees
  • Begin pushing and pulling the handlebars while simultaneously driving the legs in a long, alternating stride
  • Maintain a smooth, fluid motion throughout — avoid jerky or incomplete strides
  • Keep your back straight and eyes forward
  • Continue for the desired duration or distance
